For many years, we have served and made appearances as local counsel for out of state and out of the area attorneys and law firms.
We have appeared and represented clients in Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts. We have taken and defended depositions, argued motions and appeared for scheduling and settlement conferences.
Our office has drafted and completed discovery, prepared Motions, Responses and Suggestions in Support Of or In Opposition. We have provided legal research assistance utilizing Westlaw as well as the two area law school library facilities.
